Listed below are inclusive prices of our farm cottages based on a full week self catering, during the high season our bookings commence on a Saturday, out of season we are able to be more flexible and can also arrange short breaks - we can also arrange your travel to and from the Isle of Man.

our prices are inclusive of gas electricity linen and towels but are subject to a surcharge during  T.T. fortnight

Our cottages are spacious and in certain rooms folding beds can be provided for extra occupants at a cost of £12 per night. Cots and highchairs are available at no extra charge but should be reserved at the time of booking.

Dogs are not permitted on the farm but we also operate Gorseleigh (3 bedroom house) in Foxdale Village where dogs are welcome, please see 'Gorseleigh'  button.

Notes

1. Smoking is not permitted in the cottages or in the farm buildings.

2. Cottages are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am.

3. Cottages are cared for meticulously and we expect them to be left clean and tidy on departure. Should you require a final cleaning a housekeeping service is available at a cost of £25.

4. Linen for beds and bath and hand towels and tea towels are provided.

5. The sleeping accommodation is only for those persons whose names appear on the booking form.

6. Hirers are responsible for any damage caused to property or contents
