Once you have contacted us to confirm availability and pricing, please download and print out the attached booking form, fill in your details and post it to us along with your deposit.
Important Notes
- NO SMOKING and NO PETS permitted in the cottages or in the farm buildings.
- Cottages are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am.
- Cottages are cared for meticulously and we expect them to be left clean and tidy on departure. Should you require a final cleaning a housekeeping service is available at a cost of £20.
- Linen for beds and bath and hand towels and tea towels are provided.
- The sleeping accommodation is only for those persons whose names appear on the booking form.
- The owners can accept no responsibility for injury sustained by any visitor, nor the loss of, or damage to vehicles or effects brought onto the property by visitors.
- Hirers are responsible for any damage caused to property or contents.
- Parts of motorbikes, bicycles or cars, tyres or greasy clothes must not be taken into the cottages.
Booking terms and conditions
- All bookings are deemed to be provisional until we have received a signed and completed booking form with the specified deposit (£200 per cottage per week). Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit we will send confirmation, detailing the balance which is due six weeks before arrival. If a travel inclusive holiday has been arrange the balance will be due to Isle of Man Event Services Ltd. When a booking has been made less than six weeks before arrival then the full fee is payable at the time of booking
- In the event of cancelling your holiday 6 weeks or more before your arrival date then the booking deposit will be forfeited. If you make a cancellation within 6 weeks you will be responsible for paying the full balance. We will endeavour to relet the property but refunds can only be made if this is achieved. You are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the risk.
- Acceptance of a booking is on the understanding that the property and contents will be cared for and left in the same clean and tidy state in which they were found. Should any damage or breakage occur then the occupier is liable to pay compensation. If you have any cause for complaint or accidental damage please report to the owner immediately and not after your holiday stay. We will try to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
- The owner can accept no liability for any loss, damage, sickness or injury however caused which may be sustained during the holiday to the guest, any member of the party or visiting persons, nor the loss of or damage to vehicle or effects brought onto the property by visitors.
- Accommodation is for those listed on the booking form. Under no circumstances can the accommodation be sublet to third parties.
- Kionslieu farm Cottages are situated on a working farm and so no pets are allowed.
- Prices are fully inclusive. All bed linen and towels are provided. Towels are for use within the cottage only.
- Smoking is not permitted in the cottages or farm buildings.
- Holidays are from a Saturday for a week or Monday – Thursday or Friday – Sunday for a short break unless otherwise agreed with the owner. Cottages are available from 3pm on arrival day and until 10am on departure day. Please leave property clean and tidy. Should the accommodation require a final clean, a housekeeping service is available at a cost of £20
- The owner is to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during the holiday stay and has the right to terminate your accommodation if you should cause nuisance to people in adjoining properties.
